Big screens, both for projection or LED are expensive. No doubt about it.
While I have no idea how to reduce the cost of an LED screen, I know how to do this with a projection screen. It is like a receipe.
You take:
A reputable brand, which has been around for years and provided consistent quality.
A product line from that brand which offers a versatility like, possibly, no other brand.
Like spices, you can decide which flavour you want. Borderless, with border, front projection, rear projection, 3D, ALR, perforated.
Different to baking, for example, you can change the flavour anytime you want, even after it is finished.
You can decide later if you want it larger or smaller by adding or removing parts. The only thing you need to change is the coating and some smaller condiments.
This recipe gives you something, which is strong on taste, but will not get off in a month or so.
It will last for years, if treated well.
And it may kick you if abused. But other brands do that as well.
If you have followed my posts, you know what I am talking about.
Screenline NewBigFrame/ NewOnlyWhite. A most universal frame system, which gives you flexibility and stability without having to purchase additional projection screens every time you need a different size of projection format.
That is saving money.
