Fujifilm Z-Series
ZUH6000 6000 lumens 4K
Z8000 8000 lumens WUXGA
ZUH1200 12000 lumens 4K interchange lens
Possibly the most universal Ultra Short Throw (UST) projector on the market.
Since their introduction, these projectors have opened up many projection applications due to the simplified installation using a 360 degree rotatable lens.
Rotatable lens
Commonly projectors have either a fixed focal length lens, a small zoom or interchangeable lenses. The latter one can cost at times as much as a complete projector.
The introduction of a rotational lens with massive UST capability and exceptionally high image quality is a novum in projector design. Even in the new Z12000, which allows lenses to be changed, the rotational lens remains a feature.
How does it works?
When you unpack the projector the lens arm is folded down, but even in this position, fully operational. This means the projector can be installed laying flat, making it the ‘flattest’ projector in this category. A bonus for under table or under shelf install and home theater applications.
The lens lens can then be turned 90 degrees up for ceiling , or, if the projector is installed upside down, floor projection.
However the lens arm can be tilted up, so that the lens projectors higher up or back over the projector housing, benefiting tight installations.
Massive SHIFT capabilities.

I

This extensive image shift capability makes the Z-Series highly universal for difficult environments, galleries, museums, education, science, training, military, etc..
In live presentations, It allows a presenter to stand in front of the screen with almost now shadowing by positioning the projector to the side of the screen.
This shift allows simply for better utilization of museums, gallery and digital signage space without complex mounting, mirrors or building redesign.

ZERO offset
In addition the projector uses Zero lens offset technology. As illustrated below, the projected image starts at top, where the projector is, allowing full height of the projection area.

In summary
The Fujifilm Z-series is not just an exceptional projector per se, but offers highly versatile applications without extra expenses. A long warranty and a 20,000 hrs life time for the light source are just a standard, as to expect from this leding Japanese manufacturer.
