Fujifilm Z-8000 + Z-Series the most universal UST projector

Z8000 8000 lumens WUXGA

The most universal Ultra Short Throw (UST) projector on the market.

Fujifilm projectors have opened up many previously difficult projection applications due to the simplified installation using a 360 degree rotatable lens.

Rotatable lens

Previously projectors had either a fixed focal length lens, a small zoom or expensive interchangeable lenses. But no projector has been so universally usable.

A 6m wide image from just 2.4m distance.

The rotating lens with massive UST (Ultra Short Throw) capability and exceptionally high image quality is a novum in projector design.

The new ZUH 12000model, includes a rotatable lens in addition to fixed lenses.

How does it works?

When unpacked the projector lens arm is folded down but even fully operational. The projector can be installed laying flat, making it the ‘flattest’ projector in this category. A bonus for under table or under shelf installations and home theater applications.

The lens lens can be turned 90 degrees up for ceiling , or with the projector installed upside down, floor projection.

In addition the lens arm can be tilted up, raising the projection path over the housing. Rotating the lens head, projection can be over the projector housing, effectively reducing the projection distance.

Extreme SHIFT capabilities.

The extensive image shift capability makes the Z-Series highly universal for difficult environments in galleries, museums, education, science, training, military, etc.., by allowing projection from the side of obstructions.

In live presentations, It allows a presenter to stand in front of the screen. The image shifted to the side offers no shadowing.

This shift technology simply allows for better utilization of available spaces, without complex mounting, mirrors or building redesign.

Typical application where an aircon outlet is located in the way of the projector mount. With the Z-Series, the projector can be mounted offset and the image ‘shifted’ back to the correct screen positions.

ZERO offset

The Z-series uses Zero lens offset technology. With the top of the projected image at the projector height, full wall/ screen space can be utilized without image distortions or extreme use of image anti-keystone correction.

Recessed installation

It is not always desirable to show the projection system in installations. The unique flod-up arm of the projector allows easy behind ceiling/ wall installation with only the projector lens head visible.

In summary

The Fujifilm Z-series is not just an exceptional projector. The laser light source offers 20,000 hrs life time for the light source. The projector is covered by a three year warranty. Service facilities are in Sydney (Australia).
